Weight Loss Exercise Plan/The Best Exercise to Lose Weight.
Introduction
The best way to lose weight is to combine diet and exercise.
Since eating less without working out makes your body thinks it’s starving and that it should hold onto fat instead of burning it off.
An effective exercise to lose weight should be challenging enough to raise your heart rate, but not so difficult that you can’t sustain it regularly.
So what’s the best exercise to lose weight?
Aerobic Exercise
When it comes to weight loss, aerobic exercise is often your best bet.
A review of 50 studies found that aerobic training was linked with more body fat and weight loss than resistance training.
- Aerobic activity burns more calories during exercise and also helps you burn more calories after you’ve stopped moving, making it easier to lose those unwanted pounds.
Plus, there are lots of things you can do to get your heart rate up and maximize your weight loss through aerobic exercise: biking, running, swimming, dancing.

Weight Loss Exercise Plan
An Introduction to Fat Burning Exercises If you’re trying to lose weight, certain exercises are more effective than others.
These exercises burn more calories during exercise and after; they help increase your metabolism and encourage your body to burn fat for energy instead of carbohydrates.
They include strength training with weights, interval training (such as sprinting), and circuit training.
In general, fat-burning exercises increase your heart rate and keep it high throughout your workout.
If you do enough fat-burning workouts, you’ll be shocked at how quickly your body starts changing shape.
Strength Training
It’s simple the more muscle you have, the more calories you can burn.
To lose weight, you need to create a caloric deficit by burning more calories than you consume.
One of your best options for doing that is strength training because it has been shown to boost metabolism and increase muscle mass (two of weight loss’s biggest hurdles).
When it comes to getting strong, here are some beginner strength-training moves to get you started.

HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training
This is one of my favorite, go-to workout routines because it's quick, effective, and (most importantly) you can do it anywhere.
All you need is a couple of dumbbells or soup cans, some space, and maybe an exercise mat if your floor is slippery.
For example, let's say you want to lose 20 pounds in two months. That works out to about 1-1/2 pounds per week.
If your diet consists of 2,000 calories per day, divide that number by seven (1-1/2 pounds equals 1 pound minus 500 calories). So now you know that every day you'll need to burn 250 calories with exercise – 250 x 7 = 1,750 burned calories a week.
Conclusion
So there you have it, a variety of different ideas on how to start your weight loss exercise plan. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
It all depends on what your goal is and how much time you want to spend exercising.
No matter which exercises routine you choose, consistency is key in achieving a healthier lifestyle. If you don’t stick with it, you won’t see results, now get up and get moving it’s time to do something about that belly fat.
There’s no denying that exercising regularly can help you lose weight, but you may be wondering what type of exercise is best.
Recent research has shown that it’s not just about how much exercise you do; it’s also about how intense it is.
A recent study published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise showed that a high-intensity interval training program (HIIT) helped women lose belly fat and lower their BMI faster than a traditional exercise program.
You may have heard of HIIT or interval training before this approach involves working at an increased intensity for a short period before lowering your level back down.
Yoga and Meditation
Yoga is a fantastic way to lose weight, and it’s also an incredible stress reliever. Yoga can calm your body and relax your mind.
It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or have been practicing for years the practice will challenge you to think outside of your habits of movement and physical control.
You might be surprised at how quickly you start feeling more flexible.
And with fewer stiff muscles, you won’t even need as much additional activity to burn calories or maintain a healthy weight Plus, there are so many styles of yoga to choose from that people can find one that suits their taste it’s never too late to try something new.
